1. Acceptance of the Protocol

By accessing the 5MinPDF website, tools, or API, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Protocol. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained within this platform are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. The 60-Minute Purge Mandate

As detailed in our Privacy Protocol, our core service mechanism relies on volatile memory and a strict 60-minute automated deletion cycle. By using our service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• We are not a storage or backup facility.
• Your files will be permanently and irreversibly destroyed 60 minutes after processing.
• You are solely responsible for downloading and securing your forged documents within this window.
• 5MinPDF bears zero liability for lost, un-downloaded, or purged files.

3. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Materials

The Forge is a tool for creation and optimization. It must not be weaponized. You agree NOT to upload, process, or transmit any of the following:

• Files containing malware, ransomware, or malicious executables.
• Documents depicting illegal acts, non-consensual explicit imagery, or content that violates global humanitarian laws.
• Materials that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties.
• Automated botnet traffic intended to overload or DDoS our processing nodes.

4. Service Availability & Limits

We strive for unyielding uptime, but the Forge is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding uninterrupted access.

Fair Use: Free tier users are subject to processing limits and file size caps to ensure server stability for all. We reserve the right to throttle or terminate access for IPs that abuse the system or attempt to bypass these limits.

5. Intellectual Property Sovereignty

Your Legacy (Your Files)

You retain full sovereignty and ownership over all documents you upload and process. 5MinPDF claims absolutely no ownership rights, licenses, or viewing privileges over your materials.

Our Architecture (The Forge)

The 5MinPDF platform, including its code, algorithms, visual Obsidian/Magma aesthetic, logos, and written content, is the exclusive property of 5MinPDF and its Architect. You may not scrape, copy, reverse-engineer, or distribute our proprietary systems.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall 5MinPDF, its Architect, or its suppliers be liable for any consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the tools on this platform, even if 5MinPDF or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

7. Amendments to the Covenant

We reserve the right to revise these terms of service at any time without prior notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms of Service. Significant protocol changes will be broadcasted via our Echoes newsletter.
